With 2020 school year approaching, below you will find links to register for services, school start dates and other useful information. We invite you to register for services online, or, you are welcome to visit us on campus during the Back to School Administration Day 2020.

Parent Lounge Access

Please check your family’s contact details and medical information on Parent Lounge to ensure everything is up-to-date. New-to-Northside parents, please note that you will receive your Parent Lounge login details sent to you by email between 15 -17 January.

Medical Details

All student medical details must be verified for 2020. You can do this in Parent Lounge >> Student Details >> Medical Details tab. 

1. Log in to Parent Lounge 
2. Click on Student Details>Medical Details and press the green ‘Verify’ button.  
3. This will then display the current medical conditions (if any) with attachments or updates that have been submitted to the College to date.  Please review this information and if it is all true and correct, select the ‘Verify’ button and then click the ‘Submit Verification’ button. 

If this information is not true and correct, please make the necessary additions/deletions and submit these changes with the relevant action plans to the College for review and acceptance.  Once these changes have been accepted, you can then complete verification process as above.

Note:  You will need to do this for each student.  Any updates you make will not appear instantly as they are first submitted to the College for review and acceptance.

Your student form class allocation

Online

The Form Class allocation will be available to view on Parent Lounge from Wednesday, 22 January from 9 am. 

On campus

Full class lists will be available on campus at the Junior School Library Square and the College Hall Veranda.

Note: Middle School and Senior School student timetables are subject to change.

What To Bring With You on the Day

• Medical Action Plan (if applicable)
• Bank or Credit Card details 
• For Chromebook pickup (Year 7 & 10 students, new students, serviced devices):
  • Completed 2020 Student Responsibility Agreement
  • Completed 2020 Parent/Guardian Responsibility Agreement
  • If you intend to use Bus Services, please bring signed Bus Policy Conduct
• School bag or heavy duty bag for carrying books & stationery

Morning Tea for New Parents 

• Tuesday, 28 January 8:45 am - 10:30 am at the Terrace (Prep B parents are welcome)
•  (Prep B) Wednesday, 29 January 8:45 am - 10:00 am at the College Cafe

We'd love to welcome you to the Northside community! Join us over a hot cuppa and refreshments and meet other friendly parents and staff. Prep B parents are welcome to join the other parents on Tuesday.
